This kid is from Brooklyn (the lovely @F_Uitlist’s son) and he shakes his angry fist at you, so when he tells you to do something, you better do it and right now, he’s telling you to support Team Bangs on the Run, 20 ladies running the Paris Half Marathon in aid of Refuge (helping women and children escape domestic violence).

Paris Half Marathon Training Video Diary

Well, for someone who started out hating running, I’ve become pretty hardcore – I run in the snow and everything. On Sunday I went for a six mile run in not ideal conditions, but I felt great. In case you didn’t already know (and if you don’t, are you hiding under a rock or something? I mean, seriously!) myself and 19 of my Twitter buddies (Team Bangs on the Run) are running the Paris Half Marathon on March 6th 2011 in aid of Refuge, a charity that helps women and children escape domestic violence situations.

Paris Half Marathon Training Diary

As you know, myself and 19 of my Twitter buddies are running the Paris Half Marathon on March 6th 2011 in aid of Refuge (a great charity that helps women and children escape domestic violence). I thought I’d post videos of my training over the next few months. I keep it varied, so this is just a short little something I did after work today. Bad hair, leggings, sweat – welcome, my friends, to my ‘zone’. It ain’t pretty.

Bangs Goes Rap

Back by popular demand, I’m back to rap for you once again. Last time I went with a classic West Coast track, Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg – this time, I’m bringing it back to the East Coast, to make sure I keep things fair and don’t start any kind of rap beef that will lead to blood shed.
