Vacay A La Bangs

Amigos, as you’re reading this, I’m on my way to Spain for a sweet bit of vacay action. I’m going to a sleepy little town where there’s not much to do but read, eat, swim, eat some more, do a bit more swimming and maybe start a new book. You will all be jealous of the 12 new freckles I will gain from sunning myself – your jealousy is understandable, my freckles will be supreme.

As a result of said vacay, I won’t be posting here for a week. I know, I know, shhhh, don’t cry, you’re gonna make it through. I will miss you all and your lovely comments on here terribly while I’m away (and I genuinely mean that), but I need to switch my brain off for a few days before it splatters all over my computer screen.

I’m going to try to go internet-free while I’m there, which will be a huge challenge for me. But I need you guys to do me a huge favour while I’m away. I’ve been shortlisted for a Cosmo Blog Award in the Sex and Relationships category and I need you guys to vote for me. All of you who nominated me for the award got me this far – I’m stunned I made it on to the shortlist. If I can make it all the way, I promise you I’ll do a Sally Field-esque Oscar acceptance speech via video blog in celebration. I’ll throw some booty gropes in there too. Voting closes on Wednesday August 18th, so please vote and get your family, friends, work colleagues and pets (if they’re computer literate) to do the same!
