I had a great day with great people, but there was definitely an undercurrent of anxiety for me! HOBOPOP - I frikkin' love that! JADED - Problems, consequences AND repercussions? Dang yo, that's a lotta beatings. LULU - Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! He didn't....wait...he did?! Oh God!!! HELEN - Yes, if people ask me nicely, I will surely move. Or maybe it was Roskilde when Ray Charles and Midnight Oil were there. Anyway, it was a while ago. One of the beautiful things about NYC is that you can go see a great show, stay clean, then have a very civilized glass of wine after. =+) Hope Stevie was great! I look after the acts there, so I'm usually on site for about 6 days total. All you can do it stop caring - you are not going to get to be clean, you have to go to the toilets in a place that makes you sick (even artists toilets are disgraceful) and you will go home exhorted. I do think you might like some boutique festivals bangs - they have farmers markets, take place in big stately homes and put you up in B&B's - I think they're the only way you're going to have a good time!
