The fabulous Yoruba Girl gave me ‘Scorned Lover’ as the theme for this week’s mixtape, so here goes:
We start off with Sunshine Anderson’s Heard it All Before because cheating douchbaggery is the low down dirty break up reason du jour and Sunshine has such an elegant way of telling you to take a hike.
Naturally, the next stage in being the scorned lover is being pissed off – Angie Stone knows all about that. Then, you get to thinking about all the things you did for you lover and how you were so unappreciated.
