I'm also getting itchy feet, but it's hard to do when you have a kid entering High School.

If only her wack-ass dad lived within City Limits this wouldn't be a problem; She could stay with him and go to school, and I could take my 8yr old and join my sister in DC or even- dream of dreams- cross the Atlantic and settle in Oxford for a bit.

But alas... my ex is wack.

Ha. Went hiking this weekend. Couldn’t stop thinking about how nice it would be to hitchhike through Asia or Europe or something. Just never staying put. Just going to any destination my heart desires. Not having a routine. Just BEING!
