Ok, so I am wearing leggeings as we speak (no I dont have those 'intimimate feminine' problems that you outlined) so I may nort be in the best position to comment. BUT, I must, I must, I must praise your commentry on the UGG and Croc trend.

The type of Ugg wearer that really gets to me are the ones who even when the Ugg is clearly old and leaning at a 205 degree angle, still insist on wearing them with baggy looking skinny jeans! Ohhh that really upsets me!

Oh oh oh.. and Croc wearer (who incidently tend to also be Ugg wearers) why??? I mean Geaorge Bush wears them, that in itself should be enough to inspire you to melt them down!!

T - You may be right, but I volunteer myself to prove that theory wrong.

Ha Ha - Exactly. I don't know why women think they look good. That's what happens when people just blindly follow 'trends', they neglect to think about whether or not it actually suits them.

Jaded - My friend lives near Park Slope and we went for brunch the last time I was there. It was like I died and went to Croc hell.

Model - I applaud you for resisting. There should be more people like you; willing to have cold feet in order to not look like a wanker. And hells yeah, there should be Croc police. Children who are forced to wear them should go into some sort of protective custody.

Samantha - you see, you were wearing boots, so it looked to me like you were wearing regular tights (tights are fine, footless ones are not). Your outfit that day was hot. But had I seen the leggings in all their glory, I would have had to have serious words. And you are soooooo right about the metallic leggings. Thank God I haven't caught some fool wearing those yet.

Ha ha well, considering that I was wearing leggings the day we met, I feel somewhat saddened that a vogue-aspiring friendly life-saver is secretly out to get me/my leggings. But on the good side, I didn’t wear uggs, and I will never own a pair of crocs. And the uggs I have – the steve madden imposters, not the stupid 200 dollar ones- are at least only worn on snowy days.

I demand a recount of the things that must go- as a subheading, way worse than regular leggings, are the metallic ones.

those crocs, man… everytime I see them and their fur-lined cousins (oh yes, they make them fur-lined, too, you know, to annoy me in the wintertime) I want to grab the shoe and chuck ‘em out the subway doors at the next stop.
